Our competition grade teeters are fabricated from 1" welded steel tubing with 1/2" steel tubing trusses welded underneath so that there is virtually no flex in the frame, no matter how big your dog is. The fabricated steel frame is then sandblasted and powder coated in virtually any color you want. The teeter skins are 1/2" exterior grade plywood and are painted with a premium exterior flat paint and textured with your choice of either sand or rubber. Our standard competition teeter has a 12' plank that is 12" wide, and a wide stance base that meets all agility venue competition specifications. Our standard competition base is foldable and comes with a solid non adjustable bar to set the teeter at 24" tall.
The teeter base is fabricated from welded steel tubing and can be made adjustable from flat on the ground up to 24", or at a number of other heights in between with an optional adjuster bar.

The lowered height is great for training young dogs as the teeter can be lowered completely to the ground for a first introduction and then gradually raised as the dog gains confidence. There are plenty of holes on the adjuster bar which allow the teeter to be raised gradually. The adjuster bar provides a stable base at any height, unlike chain adjusters which have a tendency to allow the base to come together when the teeter is in motion.

We can also fabricate sliding weights underneath the teeter to change the teeter tip point which is useful for training dogs to be able to negotiate the wide variety of teeters that they are likely to see in competition.
We offer our competition grade teeters either unfinished or completely finished and ready to use, and at any stage in between. If you are handy with a can of spray paint and a paint roller, the cheapest way to get a competition grade teeter is to order it unfinished and paint it yourself. Or if you're really handy, you can get the teeter frame bare or powder coated (powder coating is far superior to spray paint) and put the wood on yourself to save some money.
